DM Rifle 2017

DM Rifle 2017 was shot last weekend in Germany. It was my first match since the French championships where I broke my bolt carrier and since my eye surgery. I can clearly see the reticle in my scope but if the targets are distant they still remain blurry despite the diopter adjustment. For the red dot (Bushnell First Strike at 45 °), it looks more like stars than red dots, but it is still better than the pistol.

The courses were not too difficult, the only problem was the limitation of 10 rounds per magazine. It forces us to think, while when we can use a 32 or even 60 we think a lot less 🙂

Thinking about the strategy of the course is always good if the realization follows … What in 2 cases did not happen, on a 32 shots leaving a post I obviously ejected my magazine to reload except That magazine was coupled to another one to avoid having to take it from the belt 🙂 So I needed to stop and pick it up on the floor …. And of course I forgot all the strategy of which a target !! It was a long time since I had not forgotten a target, I did it 2 times 🙂

I did not have any problems with the Magpul or Magblock capacity reducers. On the other hand if you load at 10 shots you have to tap hard to snap them. I will file 2mn on the holds to gain a little room.
