Champagne Trophy 2017
This weekend I shoot the Champagne Trophy 2017 in Vertus, match IPSC Handgun Level 3. It is always a very technical match and this year I did it with my eye which is still not repaired from the first surgery which did not achieved the desired results … That is the least we can say …
It is a match with 14 stages for 271 rounds minimum … but since there are swingers at 40m …. we shoot much more, especially in my case 🙂

The stages were very technical, if I did not have this problem with my right eye I would have had fun … I just did the best to limit the breakages. As soon as the targets were more than 10-12m I could not aim properly and I could not see where I was shooting. Even if I did not center well, the angular error had little consequence, but I still had to stop to aim … Not top!
By cons to 40m on bobbers … A very different story!
I hope the surgeon will at least succeed in bringing me back as my sight was before he touched it
