IPSC Handgun Training at CNTS
For the first time we went to the CNTS (Centre National de Tir Sportif) in Châteauroux to organize a Handgun training of the IPSC team by renting an area.
Christophe on the spot had organized everything, when we arrived we had the targets and the mechanisms in the area, we just had to install them to do different exercises. We were able to work the shooting on the move, the displacements and the bobbers under a very changing weather ….. That is to say that we went from the blue sky to a torrent of rain 🙂
But we were able to work what we can’t do at the club because of the lack of infrastructure. It’s really a good option when you leave when there are ten or so people, you share the costs and you’re going to spend a day shooting a lot. In addition, for the youngsters who had never shot a French championship at the CNTS it was a good resource to get familiar with the site. I hope that we will be able to repeat this experience when the health situation will allow it because my 2 CZ Shadow 2 Prod Optic Ready CZs are getting seriously tired of dry shooting 🙂
I hope the 2021 early matches won’t be cancelled so I can continue to play and have fun in Production Optics!
