Aren’t you violating IPSC Handgun Competition Rule 8.7.1 /8.7.2 at 0:45?

8.7.2 as you can see below, does not apply because I wasn’t conducting a walkthrough.

8.7.1 is open to interpretation as to how many targets can I look at during my permited sight picture…

8.7.1 A competitor is permitted to take a sight picture prior to the start signal.

Such sight picture is only permitted from the “Make Ready” location.

8.7.2 Competitors are prohibited from using any guns or gun replicas as

sighting aids while conducting their inspection (“walkthrough”) of a

course of fire.
